Indians in Sports

It is really terrible scene for Indians in any sport. The country of 1 billion population can not even top any one sport. The Golden days of Hockey are off , the sudden victory in World Cup of Cricket in 1983 has been faded from memory , the success of Mahesh Bhupati-Leander Paes went into arguments with their break-off. But 2004 year's success of Rajvardhan Rathod in shooting at Athens Olympics and recent success of Sania Mirza are the current topics to be discussed and honoured. Today being a big Sunday as Sania Mirza will be competing with Maria Sharapova for the fourth round of US Open , I am excited to see it as my heart is with Maria and my duty is with Sania being an Indian.
